1 degree cam? I did the exhaust cam and it's 4 degree off crank so 2 degree cam. Most the time I see 4 to 10 degree off the crank. But in your case, they seems not too much off. I guess to be sure you have to do it yourself. what kind of headgasket are you running? Head/block decked? This engine has the Tomei 1.5mm. Head has been decked but block is not. Also, when installing the cam gears, there's alway some free play of cam gear to the cam. It's not a lot but enough to make a difference. I always rotate the gear clockwise until it won't go any further before torqueing it down. That way, if for any reason you need to remove the gear, you don't need to degree it again.
